We loved staying at this cottage. It was decorated very nicely. The house was immaculate. You can see the beach which is directly across the street from all the windows. Lots of restaurants close by. Communication with the owner was very timely. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property!

Awesome stay!

The cottage was very nice,clean and cozy. Our host, Steve was very nice. Would love to come back sometime. Also very close to the beach.

A great get-away

This cute cottage had everything we needed. It was very close to the beach. We also enjoyed the little yard with the comfy chairs. We really needed this get-away and only wish we could have stayed longer!

York Beach for a few hot days

We were thrilled to discover this place was exactly as described and it was a great vacation break. Very clean, updated and all comforts available. The beach across the street was a cool treat to swim during heat of the day and share a cup of coffee while sitting on sea wall in the mornings.

Clean, cozy, convenient

My husband and I stayed at this location for an anniversary weekend away. Just steps away from Long sands! Very convenient location. Definitely quite. The place was clean and was impressed on how many things were provided. Would stay again!

Great location!

Perfect cottage for a getaway to York Beach! Owners have thought of every detail, including yard chairs, beach chairs, beach towels, and a small basket of snacks! Very clean and comfortable, and easy to work ACs and fans. Beach is across the street- you can see the ocean from the house! Very pleasant way to spend the weekend with my family.

Super cute and clean place with everything you need including a view of the ocean, which is literally across the street! Host was very responsive and communication was excellent! Highly recommend! (set your alarm for the incredible sunrises that are also visible from the upstairs bedroom!)

The cottage was spotless — and pleasantly adorned with beach-friendly quotes, sayings and decorations. The coffee was plentiful, the bed was great, the TV had everything. If we’d gone closer to warm weather, we’d have used all the beach gear as well. The small shower wasn’t easy for me to maneuver in — and I’m not that big — but was a little blip in a great weekend getaway.

Perfect Weekend

Very clean, VRBO description accurate. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed. Loved having a separate loft/sleeping area from living area. Great location, across from Long Sands Beach. Steve was very responsive and accommodating.

Great sea-side spot!

Clean and cute space! Check in process was a breeze and very easy. The cottage was very clean and as described by the listing. The property manager was very easy to contact and very responsive. Literally across the street from the beach, which was the main draw for me. Great location and easy access. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and clean. Hope to be back!

More than what we expected

The owners have thought of everything for a perfect experience! Above all it was meticulously clean. The property was well cared for. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided. The owner was personable and cared about our stay. We will definitely make this a future favorite booking!

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach cottage. The home was very clean and Steve has done a fantastic job ensuring the house is fully stocked with everything you might need. It is perfectly located, just steps from Long Sands Beach! Steve went above and beyond as a host and was extremely responsive to any questions I had. My only recommendation would be to consider a small washer/dryer for the unit. We would absolutely rent this home again and would highly recommend it to others!
