We were there for a family wedding. Union Bluff and Lobster Cove are great places to eat. Dockside Restaurant is a fantastic wedding venue with spectacular views of the harbor.

Great condo! The place was clean, nicely decorated, great amenities like beach chairs and a caddy, and they even had beach towels because we were short one. The condo was a perfect location for us across the street from friends and walking distance to the beach. Looked to rent again next year and already booked . We really enjoyed our stay!

Good weekend trip. Enjoyed the location. Was very hard to get information on house and in contact with someone to help. Check in/Check out communication is lacking and very confusing. Very hard to work with outside company we believed we were booking through vrbo only.

The condo was clean, welcoming, and lovely. It was perfectly located to Long Sands. We spent a lot of time in the condo because weather was rainy and cold. The living room furniture was comfortable for reading and watching movies.

Great Location

The house was cute and just right for our family. It was clean and neat. The location of the property was great. We loaded our car and brought all our things to the beach. Brought the car bar back and walked to the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Great location. Unit was as described. Well stocked with bedding, towels, laundry & dishwashing supplies. Neighbors were friendly. Short & safe walk to the beach with children & dog. Would stay here again.

Quaint beach property

Inside of the property is really cute & clean. Outside could use a little TLC. If you choose this property, don't make the mistake we did and assume there are pot holders & oven mitts, only to find out there are none when you need them most! You'll need to bring your own as they are not considered to be "basic supplies" but the property owners.

Our stay was nice and convenient. The back of the house was lacking curb appeal and could use a bit of a clean, but entering was easy and everything appeared clean and nice. The carpet in the living room wasn’t vacuumed and was very noticeable when my wife did her work outs. Everything else was great

My intuition was right when I called several weeks before arriving and asked if we were going to have enough supplies to get us through 7 days of our stay. I was assured that everything would be fine and if we needed more supplies to just give them a call and we would get them, no problem. Boy was that far from the truth. When we arrived, I found an empty bottle of laundry detergent- that’s right, EMPTY. With further inspection we found that the rental was definitely not cleaned properly- leftover food in the cabinets, trash behind a chair, dirt and dust bunnies on the floor, grill was filthy, grass was not mowed. My first call was made to Vacasa- I was told not to worry and that they would get back to me. Things when South quickly after that. We found out the dryer was broke, coffee pot was cracked, and dish washer leaked all over the floor. More calls were made with no answers. At this point we’re running out of towels and we’re buying our own supplies including a new coffee pot. We live 7 hours away and we have a toddler. I specifically rented this place because of the accommodations- the accommodations that were non-existent. After speaking with multiple customer service reps and 2 supervisors, we got a bag full of towels on the back porch and someone came to clean the grill. My argument, for what Vrbo and Vacasa are so easily ready to charge people for “cleaning” and “service” fees, they better have actually have CLEANED and SERVICED the rental. Never again.

Pleasant stay

This is a reasonable place to stay with very easy access to the beach. 2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, reasonable kitchen. Small signs of wear - bathroom latch didn't work, cushions for the tall kitchen chairs were missing, screen door kept coming off the track.
