"We have stayed in Sara’s Shacks before so we weren’t concerned. Unfortunately we should have been concerned. We arrived after dark. Once I got into the house to turn the outside lights on, we found that the front porch light was burnt out and the back porch lighting was very poor. I messaged Sara about the front porch light and she messaged back immediately “I’ll send someone over to change the front porch light, sorry about that.”The next night we came back and no light. "We stayed there for my son's basketball tournament at the sports center. It was only 7 minutes to walk there. We also enjoyed walking to Old Rock Hill town, where there are nice restaurants and coffee shops! The house is super clean and has everything I could ask for. I will book here again when we come back. Next time I would love to bring my dog as well:)"

"The room was nice… but when you say you have a full kitchen I would at least expect a frying pan of a cookie sheet. I left salt and pepper for the next guest bc there was NOTHING… not even paper towels. If you want anything go buy it bc they do not offer anything…. This is BARE mimium i am surprise that Expedia uses them. Its a great concept but not well executed"

"It was claimed to have been renovated. Shelves are hanging on the wall by a thread. The paint is peeling and fixtures painted over. I cld have done a far better job. It's obvious that the ceiling is leaking because of the peeling plaster and/or brown rings. The walls are dirty and areas still need painting. If it was renovated, I'd hate to have seen it beforehand. And the cleaning lady needs to be fired cos she half cleaned behind previous guests. The microwave was dirty with no plate inside. It...
