House Rules & Helpful Information

-We want you to have a smooth and enjoyable stay! Please review the following house guidelines:

-No Smoking Indoors – A $500 cleaning fee applies for indoor smoking due to required ozone treatment.
-No Drugs – Any drugs found on the property will result in a $2,000 penalty.
-Private Home – You’ll have exclusive access to the entire single-family home with no shared spaces.
-Outdoor Space – Feel free to enjoy the private backyard and patio area.
-Transportation Assistance – In-house drivers may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
-Checkout Time – Checkout is at 11:00 AM so you can enjoy a more relaxed morning.
-Late Checkout Policy – A fee of $100 applies for every 15 minutes past the 11:05 AM grace period to avoid delays for incoming guests.
-Stairs Inside the Home – Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs, while the living room and common areas are on the ground floor.
-Please Respect the Neighborhood – Kindly be mindful of noise and neighbors during your stay.
