온돌방에서 잤는데 너무 추워서 감기에 걸렸습니다. 온돌방의 의미가 없었네요. 컨디셔서는 텅 비어있었고 드라이기는 고장나있었습니다. 리셉션에 요청했더니 컨디셔서가 되직해서 잘 짜면 나온다는데 전혀 나오지 않았습니다. 새걸 가져다 주셨는데 새로운 컨디셔서는 전혀 되직하지 않았습니다.
