"This is an amazing magnificent beautiful hotel. You can see the five-star hotel's dedication to promoting Tibetan culture. Tibetan culture is vast and profound. On the first floor, there were many Buddha statues that I didn't have time to fully admire. All staff are wonderful and welcomed me with most polite manners. I felt very satisfied. "We had a great stay. The room was nice and clean. I used the laundry room and found it convenient. There's Starbucks, family mart and even burger king below. It is a little far from chunxi area but we don't mind. Overall great, i will stay there again if i do come back."

"Hotel location is conveniently located, just a short walk from Tianfu Square station (Exit E). Staffs are generally helpful and was also kind to safekeep our Taobao parcels. There is also complimentary luggage storage if you are travelling out of the city for a couple of days. Room was clean, hot water comes on quickly (esp helpful for this chilly weather) and water pressure is strong too. Only downside was the lifts, where there are several other hotels in the same building hence the waiting...
