호텔장소는 영월안에 있어서 좋았어요. 식사는 안해봤구요. 방 청소가 좀그랬네요. 머리카락을 화장실과 욕실에서 발견했었고 서랍엔 쓰레기가 있었구요. 샤워 온수물줄기가 너무 약했어요. 가격대비 괜찮은 구성이지만 좋다는 느낌은 아닙니다. 그리고 복도에 방향제 같은 냄새인데 일반 호텔에서 맡은적이 없고 모텔에서 나는 냄새입니다. 고급으로 바꾸세요. 카운터 보는 분이 좀더 상냥하고 웃는 낯의 젊은분이었으면 합니다. 좀더 투자해서 영월을 대표하는 호텔이 되면 좋겠어요.

Visited off season. Facility is not as sleak as it shows on the phoro. For the price paid, recommend other options in the area.
