Beautifully appointed accommodation in a wonderful location. Owner Neil was warm and welcoming on arrival, provided lovely complementary products, and checked in to ensure we were happy with everything during our stay. Would love to return in future and highly recommend.

Comfortable town pad with a river view
This is a wonderful gem of a place to stay. My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights and we honestly could find no fault. Everything you could possibly need was provided which was a lovely touch. Even down to being able to grab a cuppa whilst we got our bearings was perfect. The weather was horrible ...

Kirklands Cottages
Our cottage and everything about the Borders charmed us. Douglas was very helpful and gave us excellent advice on restaurants and attractions like Melrose Abbey, Abbortford House, and of course, the many walking paths.
