"Whilst location is a little remote, it is a short drive to shops, cafe’s, restaurants and walks in the Dandenong Ranges. The rooms are adjacent to the hotel that were good value for money delicious meals. We ate at the hotel every night and were not disappointed. Carpark is free and close proximity to your room. Rooms were large, up to-date and clean however lacked a microwave if you wished to warm or cook basic meals. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay again."

"Best position in Olinda, spotless room and beautiful surrounds. We couldn’t access the loft where the sitting area was as the ladder is too steep for us. The bed is a double and quite comfy. "Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"Staff member checked me in and welcomed us and showed me to the room upstairs a few freebies in room nice touch Room clean and quiet, bathroom plenty of room shower in bath We had issues with toilet randomly flushing then leaking at the tap so turned it off overnight In morning 730am partner showered said was hard to get temperature right but ok my shower 845am I turned hot water tap on and then water stopped nothing so aborted and had a bird bath instead! "It’s very dated and gives domitory style accommodation. Walls are very thin and I could hear everything in the next room and corridor. I could hear a man in an adjuscent room snore the whole night. Staff are not available onsight after-hours. I had to walk a very long way from my room to get hot water/tea and use the microwave which is in the common room, because the taps closest to me were broken. My room was full of ants and the bathroom tiles are brown with stains. Bed not so comfortable but...
