Place was super cute and walking distance from the downtown area. Had everything we needed and management was quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was simple and beds and furniture were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay in this beautiful home- everything was immaculately clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Bonus that the location was so near the river and a very nice walking path/park.

Wonderful place for a visit! We were in town for a family wedding. We felt so at home. They think of everything to make you feel comfortable, down to the fluffy bath towels! We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a Breeze..never had any issues..Inside and out was super clean...SPOTLESS..VERY NICE PLACE...Will definitely stay here again.Very centrally located for walking to bars and restaurants..Along with the river being righr across the street...Also walking, biking paths out the front door..If you are going to Yankton...This is the place to Stay...Lisa, was phenomenal to work with..thumbs up!!!Plenty of room for us 5 adults...And can sleep 7...We travel around to different towns for long weekend getaways....By Far...The group consensus is the Best ..Most convenient place we have ever stayed in...

USD Graduation trip

Our son was graduating and we needed enough space for us and family. What a beautiful space. Every detail was considered to make this home comfortable. We loved the location and the wonderful walks we took every morning. We also enjoyed the Saturday farmer’s market right down the street! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Property made the Vacation

This property is beautiful. It is well setup... bathrooms are more than adequate. The beds extremely comfortable. The location provided easy access to Yankton's downtown with a beautiful view. Property owners were exceptional catering to our every request. We had a great vacation because this property fit our family so well as it is extremely managed, clean, located and setup.

Easter with the family

We flew in from Florida to spend Easter with our kids and grandkids! This home was so homey and provided all the comforts of home! Beautiful views of the Missouri River and steps away from the famous Meridian Walking Bridge. The owners are very responsive and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Gorgeous place!

This property is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. The homeowners thought of everything to make us feel at home. The finishes are all high end and luxurious. We found the beds incredibly comfortable. The location is right across from Riverside Park, one of our favorite stops in Yankton. Our family can't wait to come back to visit and will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Beyond amazing

This place was absolutely amazing. We came for a wedding and wanted a place where the kids and parents were able to spread out after a long drive. A fully stocked game closet, walking distance to Riverside Park, comfortable, and meticulously cleaned! They even had bike available for the kids to ride and a first aid kit for the kid who fell off the bike lol! My wife even complimented me on the choice to book this beautiful home. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again!

Amazing!

The location is amazing, especially if you are going to be hanging out downtown or the river. Quiet and clean. We had plenty of room to spread out, including the deck and garage. They had several bikes available to ride, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. There was a beautiful bouquet of flowers left on the kitchen table. Lisa was available to answer any questions we had. We definitely will be back.

Our stay

We came from Texas for my wife’s brothers graduation. She has other family that lives in Yankton. This was a great place to have the family get together! Plenty of space and the location was amazing. We felt right at home and they thought of EVERYTHING. We cannot say enough good things. There is an awesome playground right down the street and walking bridge. We threw our poles in the water and took the bikes for a spin that were provided. Everyone had a blast. You’re in walking distance from all the bars, some really great restaurants and coffee shops. My wife says she couldn’t have thought of a better place to come back home. We will be back soon!
