Room had no pillow cases on 2 of the pillows on main bed. Felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean or love- Outdoor balcony table full dirty ash tray. Discarded drink container at front door. Let manager know, said he would speak to the manager above him and “crickets”.

Novotel Swan Valley Vines Resort
I wouldn’t opt for a room facing the pool and would put in a request not to be in future . Lots of mosquitos in the room and staff just explained away as we were ground floor near the pool area. The hotel don’t even sell mozzie plugs The room was clean but the mozzies detracted from stay and myself ...

Quest Joondalup
Very Nice Place to stay in Joondalup close to the main shopping centre, Pubs & Restaurants, clean, Great Staff. I did at first think it was a bit expensive but with the perks U get with it Great Coffee Machine, 24 hour Gym, Secure Parking is a extra $15 which isn't to much, Laundry Matt is included ...
