"7月の連休に滞在のため、お値段高めにしては微妙でした。 そもそもテックと言いながら、チェックインエクスペリエンスはわかりにくく、いちいち顔写真を登録したりなど、面倒でした。 ４泊しましたが４泊以上しないとお部屋の掃除は入ってくれません（！）。タオルも４泊泊まって二日に一回、追加のタオルが欲しいとチャージされるなど、上記のお値段とほぼ見合わないサービスです。ちなみにビーチタオルもくれませんので、全部一式自分で用意が必要。使ったコーヒーカップも洗ってくれないので要注意です。洗濯も有料です。そしてめちゃくちゃ汚い。また、何が一番残念だったかというと、夕飯を食べれるところがほぼありません。名瀬まで3−40分ぐらい往復車を走らせるしかないです。ホテルには一切食べ物に関するものはない（怪しげな自販機で柿の種とぬるめのビールのみ）。周りのホテルはレストランがついているので、なぜこのホテルはその機能をつけなかったんだろうと不思議でなりません。残念ですが、全体的にサービスの悪いAirbnbといったところでしょうか。 建物は新しいですよ。"

"外観はノスタルジックですが、キッチンやバス·トイレは最新設備が整っていますし、洗剤類(キッチン·洗濯·ボディ用)は数も種類もたくさん揃えられています。 エアコンも高性能で、快適に過ごせます。 "山の中"らしい不便さとしては、今のご時世必須の電波が弱くかつ不安定なこと。テキストの送受信はほぼ問題なくできましたが、音声通話と写真は難あり。動画は無理でした。 テレビもありますが、衛星放送のみ(かつ、NHKの契約のご案内が出る)です。 宿の案内にもありますが、タオル類は少しくたびれ感がありました。 いちばん不便だったのは、宿泊者が使えるクローゼットが無いこと。 ハンガーも少ない(吊るすところもない)ので、衣装持ちの長期滞在の方には大変かも。 このようなちょっとした不自由さはありますが、ホストご夫妻のおもてなしの心遣いが本当に温かくありがたいです。 お米(すごく美味しい)や卵を入れておいてくださったり、手作りのジュースや果物のコンポート、地の蓬餅などを「田舎のもので…」と謙遜しながらご馳走してくださるのが本当に美味しくて、身体の底から元気になりました。"

"日中の景色も夜の景色も本当に素晴らしく、とても良い時間を過ごせました！ 特にバレルサウナはとても気持ちよかったです。 一方で、少し気になった点もありました。 到着後にシャワーのお湯が出ず、施設へ問い合わせをした際に解決までに少し時間がかかってしまったこと。 また、BBQの際に蚊が多く、蚊取り線香や虫よけがあるとより快適に過ごせると思いました。 キッチンが2階にあるため、飲み物を取りに行くのが少し大変だったので、クーラーボックスを持参すると便利かもしれません。 さらに、サウナ横の桶に少し水漏れがあったので改善されるともっと快適に利用できると思います。 全体的には景色やサウナのおかげでとても癒されましたし、工夫次第でもっと素敵な滞在になる施設だと感じました！"

"オーナーの方も宿のサポートスタッフの方々もとても親切で優しい方々ばかりで素敵な思い出が沢山できました。事前のやりとりの中で子供に釣りをさせたいが自分では教えられない事を相談したところ、サポートスタッフの方に釣りを教えて頂けるよう手配して下さいました。子供は大喜びでした。宿には釣竿やライフジャケットなども完備されています。"
