"From booking to check out everything was great. Room was super clean and comfortable and we loved the extra treats in our room 😊 so close to a bar/restaurant and gas station. The restaurant next door has great food and service too! Only thing to mention is there is no sign by the road so we did pass it the 1st time. But would stay here again. So convenient to our family in Gwinn and Skandia"

"We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about our stay! Our stay far exceeded our expectations! Robin was an amazing hostess and shared many things to do and see in the area. The cabin was impeccable. Our teenager and friend loved their own personal space in the loft. The deck and lakefront were perfect for stargazing and relaxation. Our dog Maisie loved being able to roam freely and have a friend to play with! We look forward to our next stay! So beautiful and peaceful.... everything we could have asked...

"This simple, no-frills, property was close to everything! We could walk to NMU campus, downtown, and lots of cafes right down the block. As noted in the listing, it is right across the street from BlackrocksBrewery, so we could hear music from our rooms and a little bit of street noise from people leaving. There was a fan provided, that helped with white noise, so everyone was able to sleep OK."

"THE HOUSE LOCATION RIGHT ON THE LAKE WAS FABULOUS..WE ENJOYED ALL OF THE WATERFALLS AND LIGHT HOUSES IN THE AREA. IT WAS EASY TO FIND AND ENJOYED OUR STAY. WE DID HAVE A FEW ISSUES THOUGH. WE DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT AND WHEN WE GOT THERE, THE WATER WAS NOT WORKING. "Great family accomodations for our 7 overnight family members and 2 to 3 daytime guests. The lakeside cabin is beautifully set with a great view of lake. Cabin very well supplied. We also enjoyed row boating ( there was canoe also) and fishing out on the lake and campfire around the nice firepit area outside. Owner were very accomodating and promptly responded to any questions we had."
