Kids were overly loud, screaming and running in the hallway very early. If they were from permanent resident of hotel, should be talked to.

Location was convenient, and room was clean. Make sure to lock room doors, as staff seemed to get confused as to who has checked out and who has not. If you are sensitive to sound, you may want to bring earplugs, as you can hear sounds from the carpark, as if they were right outside.
