If you need to stay in Yakama, you can feel safe here.The driveway is very steep, but use of the garage was a huge bonus!

Clean and Spacious

The home is 'as advertised'. It was well equipped with all the basics and more. The beds were very comfortable and the linens--sheets and towels--were top notch. The small patio and backyard felt very private. The driveway is steep, but the garage was a bonus. If you care about STAIRS.... The pictures show a few steps to the front door; there were 8 or 9. Also the home is a split-level, with the bedrooms and bathroom half a flight up, and the garage and driveway half a flight down from the living/dining/kitchen rooms. The neighborhood was nice, situated up the hill from downtown, and communication with the property managers was easy--lots of reminders in the house and they were very responsive via text.

Clean and spacious

The kitchen had all the utensils and dishes we needed. Nice quiet area, plenty of room for our family of 4 with two teens. Especially enjoyed the free WiFi and Netflix!

Nice area and pleasant accommodations

Managers make it really easy to communicate with them. The unit was sparkling and provided extras like sanitizers, wipes, etc. Their linens & towels are plenty & of great quality, same as coffee & kitchen utensils. The only suggestion: a bigger cutting board & more shampoo. Overall our experience was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very easy to find and is located in a quiet, residential area just off a main road running through the valley. Lock box on the front door avoids having to get any keys from some other location which is great. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of very nice towels were provided which was wonderful!! Hosts had left us a welcoming bottle of wine and lots of ice in the refrigerator. Nice private small back area you can sit out in. Overall, we would be very happy to stay here again. Thank you for hosting us.

Clean and nice neighborhood.

Super clean and nice area in Yakima. Owners kept in touch and were easy to work with. The house was a little dated and the kitchen didnt have some things like a can opener or storage containers but great other than that. I am not sure if I missed the info or if it wasnt disclosed but thought I rented a house and it was actually a duplex. No big deal though. I would stay here again. The bottle of wine was a great touch!

Nice place to stay, comfortable, clean, owners kept in touch throughout our stay.

This was a good experience. House was well kept up and clean. There were more stars than I thought there would be, the driveway was steep and the garage was a tight fit for my vehicle, which admittedly is a large SUV. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to my friends. The owners were very interested in in making our stay enjoyable and trouble free. They even left a bottle of wine for us on our arrival. Thank you Dale and Debbie for making your place available to us.
