"Gran hotel para hospedarse junto al aeropuerto. La zona del spa es maravillosa, te ofrecen bañador, toalla y chanclas. Buen restaurante y desayuno buffet muy completo. Personal muy amable. Usamos el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto, la primera vez muy rápida la comunicación, otra de ellas me costó conseguir que me confirmaran el servicio. Tuve que contactar con cuatro personas diferentes, aunque finalmente no hubo problemas. "

"The place and room were extremely clean and beautiful. The front desk was friendly and professional especially Sherina. She was the best.

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate
The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower.
Fully air conditioned and a balcony too.
It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"The hotel needs really renovation for the price they are charging, you could see the furnitue with scratches. The pool is great but interior. Water a bit cold. the room was really good and the bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly. We had a problem with the reservation as it didn´t show breakfast included but i was sure i booked it with breakfast in hoteles.com. The staff was very friendly and they gave us breakfast free for the three nights."
