We arrived at 9:00 AM and, despite rooms being available, we were told we could not check in until 1:00 PM unless we paid an additional 50% early check-in fee. "A great hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities I wanted, and the price was good. Service staff and reception were all very friendly and quick to help with anything. Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. :-("

"The hotel is well maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was great. Breakfast was pleasant—the overall breakfast crew were very attentive and accommodating, and the addition of the egg station was a great touch. I did miss having regular bacon with my eggs, and the fruit seemed a little old on the day I had it. The only downside for me was the location—it’s a bit far from where I needed to go, although it’s conveniently next to a shopping mall. That...
