"Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota. I must say, the front office staff went out of their way to take care of my requirements and even ordered some IKEA products I wanted to carry back. Special thanks to Rika & Hafist Subchan for their excellent customer service. The staff across were nice and courteous and always helpful - house keeping, restaurant, room service, support staff and front office. "There is a balcony attached to my room however it was locked and not accessible. The location of this hotel to the shopping mall is great. Shops are within walking distance. It is my one of my favourite hotels in this area. "
