    Villa Praia Lanzarote tiene una, Piscina Privada (Climatizada opcional por 14 euros al día ** Estimad@ Cliente necesitamos saberlo al menos 2 días antes de la llegada **), una parcela privada de 300 metros cuadrados, 2 dormitorios, el dormitorio principal con una cama doble y baño en suite, un segundo dormitorio con una cama doble, sistema de, Pre- pago-Aire acondicionado y un total de 3 baños. Villa Praia Lanzarote también cuenta con zona de barbacoa, sala de estar con acceso directo a la zona de la piscina, televisión vía satélite, wifi, aparcamiento privado, cocina con tumbonas totalmente equipadas y zona de comedor.

    La costa alrededor de Playa Blanca es esencialmente una gran bahía de 9 kilómetros de ancho que luego se divide en tres bahías más pequeñas, pero aún grandes. De este a oeste, estas son Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca y Playa Flamingo. Esta geografía básica significa que las playas de Playa Blanca y sus alrededores están protegidas e ideales para nadar y tomar el sol. Playa Blanca está situada en el lado sur de Lanzarote y con los años se ha convertido en la tercera zona turística más grande de la isla. Galardonado en varias ocasiones por su belleza, este lugar tranquilo y agradable es el lugar ideal para que toda la familia se relaje. Playa Blanca tiene una amplia gama de hoteles rodeados de un floreciente sector de servicios: bares, restaurantes, negocios ... y uno de los mejores deportes recreativos en Lanzarote. También está cerca de las playas de Papagayo, donde la arena blanca y las aguas cristalinas bañan las rocas. Puedes encontrar todo tipo de restaurantes, tiendas y bares a lo largo del paseo marítimo de Playa Blanca, y las calles paralelas a él, en el borde del casco antiguo. Otra área que es imprescindible visitar es el puerto recreativo, repleto de instalaciones recientemente construidas de alta calidad. También cuenta con un nuevo centro comercial. Entre las playas, las de Dorada y Flamingo destacan por su arena blanca y su proximidad a los principales hoteles de la zona.

The photos of the villa are outdated The location was quiet it is on the outskirts approximately 2kms from playa blancaThe bbq area was not clean & the tap on the sink did not workThe blackout blind was broken in the second bedroom The mattress & pillows need replacing & the downstairs settee needs a thorough clean.There was no welcoming pack & no local information The air conditioning which is pay as you go takes money even when not in use!I would not book again & willing to pay more for a cleaner villa

Host was constantly in touch and welcoming.We had a few things missing and new items were delivered to the villa the next morning.We loved the location of the villa. It was very peaceful and quiet. It was also quite spacious and lots of room outside. We didn't use the pool or the barbecue so can't comment on those.

Nachdem die techn. Mängel behoben und die fehlende Küchenausstattung geliefert wurde waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar um 2:00 Uhr nach Hause kam, wurden wir zwangsläufig wach. Der Pool ist klein, aber ausreichend. Nur die def. Poolabdeckung störte optisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung über WhatsApp war einwandfrei

Perfect villa for us. Quiet location but only a 20 minute walk from fabulous restaurants and walking distance from the best beaches on the island. The outside space is great as there is an area totally shielded from the winds but in full sunshine so we were able to spend relaxing hours by the pool. We had a hire car so could explore the rest of the island but even without, there was a bus stop close by. When we did have an issue we had a very prompt response. We would not hesitate to book here again, fantastic holiday!

Difficult to find property in the dark. Particularly when it had two numbers and a different name on the villa to the documentation supplied. Whilst we appreciate that Lanzarote is very dusty we would expect the property to be fairly dust free when we arrived. The furniture was tired, the bedding had stains on it and generally speaking the whole villa could do with an update. There was a lack of glasses in the kitchen to the extent that we went out a bought some, along with some pillows and sunbed cushions that are shown in the pictures but are not at the villa. The air conditioning which is coin operated is extremely expensive. We have experienced coin operated air conditioning in other villas where 1 euro would last all night in the bedroom whereas here it didn't last an hour.

The photos used to advertise this property are years old and bear no resemblance to how it looks now. Don’t be fooled by these photos as I would suggest they were taken when the property was new in 2006.It is advertised as ‘Villa Praia Lanzarote’ however the name above the door is Villa Ombrosa.The villa is next to a large area of waste ground with lots of litter.There is also a car park next to it which is used by many who do not live in the road including taxi drivers coming and going at all times. The outside of the villa is very dirty, including the pool which can not be covered as the rollout cover has rotted away. A nasty stained plastic table, dirty sun beds a sun awning that you can’t roll in as it hits the wall. Artificial grass covers a broken patio area. A not fit for use life saving ring hangs on the wall which is badly perished. Bad lighting an unkempt garden, a broken gazebo and a rusty broken clothes airer.Inside the villa is a little better but still dirty with stained covers on the sofa.Stained covers and pillows on the bed.A badly broken blackout blind in the bedroom at the front, a broken shutter, light bulbs not working, curtains missing from the large window/doors in the kitchen and nasty stained frying pans.In the kitchen cupboard you will find a poor choice of glasses and mugs.The shower cubicles have black mould in the corners.Overall this villa is unloved and not as advertised.The management company just don’t care!Please avoid.

Villa Ombrosa was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay thank you. The only feedback I could give is that there were only 2 x large towels and the satellite remote control didn't work. Only small problems though as the apartment was very spacious and the outside pool/ BBQ area was fantastic!
