This is a lovely villa in a quiet residential area. There's a small shop within walking distance and a large lidl 5 minutes drive away. Playa Blanca and Playa Flamingo are a 5 minute drive, with plenty of free parking on the road. Walking to the beaches takes about 30 minutes.The villa is very well equipped and has lots of storage. The outdoor BBQ was particularly good.Communication was excellent, often getting a reply within a couple of hours, even at the weekend. We were however given incorrect information on one occasion (asked if there was a safe and was told there wasn't).We were offered to have the pool heated at extra cost, which we declined but were then told it had a solar heat mat anyway. I'm presuming this was the blue cover- it was very effective- getting in the pool was like getting into a bath (in August)! The house could do with a deep clean- the floors and surfaces were clean but the two big rugs needed a good vacuum and some of the corners of the floor had been missed, as well as the skirting and the kitchen back splash ledges.The house has a safe and a very easy to use alarm. There is a large area to park a car, with plenty of room to turn around.
