Casa Rubicon is a spacious two-bedroom holiday home in Costa Papagayo, offering a great balance of privacy, outdoor living and easy access to Playa Blanca. Set on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, it works particularly well for couples, friends or a small family looking to enjoy Lanzarote at an easy pace.Inside, the open-plan living space is generous, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a large lounge with plenty of seating. Patio doors open directly onto the terrace, creating an easy flow between indoors and out. Both bedrooms are located on the upper level, with the main double bedroom opening onto a terrace where you can take in panoramic mountain views. Outside, Casa Rubicon has plenty to keep everyone entertained. The private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool is joined by sun loungers, a day bed, shaded dining space, a pool table and table tennis, making the terrace just as suited to lazy afternoons as friendly competition.Playa Blanca town centre and Playa Dorada Beach are around a 15–20 minutes away, while Marina Rubicón can be reached in roughly another 10 minutes.

For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between October - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £120 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
