Villa Alegranza is situated in a quiet area which is close to the centre of Playa Blanca. This is our second time that we have stayed at this villa. We love the pool and hot tub.

Amazing!

The Villa was everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet location. We had a slight issue with the pool not being heated, but was resolved as soon as we mentioned it. Everybody was attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Another Fantastic stay

Another fantastic week in this lovely villa....since last year they have upgraded the patio and gardens (though from memory the old one was OK) the fake grass area give access to the late sun so an improvement 10/10 we will be back An Electric Filter Coffee maker is all that is missing.... IPTV is a great idea but sadly we could not get it working...step by step instructions applicable to the TV and Mag box in the villa's folder would be very helpful...am sure its down to us being numpties

3rd time of staying which says it all

The villa is very private ad quiet with a high wall and gate unlike some of the others on the estate. The pool area and gardens have been updated with new pool surround tiles and a plastic grass area giving a new place for late sun..to be fair there is a 3rd area too at the back where the hot tub is (but we did not use that) Location wise its perfect a short 20-30 min walk into town and a less than 5 euro taxi home after a beer or two -) Both bedrooms have coin operated Aircon (1 and 2 euro coins) which seemed very reasonable cost wise to ensure a great nights sleep and the large bed for sure was very comfortable. A small welcome pack or beer, water, wine and milk was a nice touch incase of late arrival. An electric filter coffee machine would be nice but there is a cafetiere so not essential.

Super Villa in a peaceful location. Wish we had booked 2 weeks!

Villa was spacious and comfortable. Ideally placed to walk into Playa Blanca. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting areas inside and out. We had a super relaxing week. Jane was so helpful when we called and asked for help with our boarding passes. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Pool was lovely and warm and cleaned once during our stay. A net would have been helpful to remove leaves etc ourselves. The hot water tank whilst super hot was not big enough to allow 2 showers consecutively. Whilst this didn’t bother us if more than 2 people stayed it would be a problem.

Fab Little Villa

Wow! Were the words when we arrived, a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The accommodation is based within a complex of similar properties. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The area around the pool is very secluded, the lounge area has the option of opening the doors onto the pool area, the rooms are ample sized and benefit from a large shower room at the back of the accommodation. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment and basics you could need alongside the generous welcome gifts. We chose to have the pool heated though it wasn't when we arrived (not usually requested in peak season), we preferred it heated. The hot tub is a nice added extra but the pool was adequate. Our rental car was beneficial with doing the shopping and for visits to the far side of the resort. This is a lovely little holiday in itself, would recommend The pool has areas around it which could benefit from some repair. The hot tub was dirty on arrival and smelt of damp towels, not sure if needed some chemicals or water change?

Lovely little villa and great service. We loved the fully equipped kitchen allowing us to make some meals. We loved the patio area so that we could lounge or swim. It was ideal and catered for everything we needed. It would be great if the sun lounge chairs were more comfortable - after an hour of luring on them it was uncomfortable. Also just to be shown around the villa, specifically where the cupboards for brooms and mops - as we looked and assumed there were none . We strolled to get the TV to wok

Fantastic Villa, light airy and modern...heating the pool which is an extra was not needed at the time of our stay and likewise the jacuzzi (heating extra) was not used as the pool was more then enough...Having a second shower/wet room was an added bonus and is missing from the villa description above...All in all a great week and we will be back for sure

Excellent villa, everything as described, very comfy bed, well appointed kitchen. Would recommend without hesitation. Have stayed at numerous villas on Parque Del Rey and is best 2 bed we have visited.

Lovely quiet villa

Well equiped villa with well stocked kitchen for equipment. Lighting in evening makes the pool area look extra special. Tv took some working out but most channels available. Wi fi very good connection. Villa was lovely and clean We have stayed on this development be fore so knew the area, would deffo chose this villa again The new walkdown into town is lovely with the sports facilities. 3.50 for return taxi(plus tip). Wife left handbag in taxi....returned within 15 mins by driver, lovely honest people. I know its known as windy island but we have never seen it quiet so bad, unfortunately there is no broom to sweep patio and tiled floor so lots of leaves and dust blowing in. Would also benafit from larger umbrella for more shade on patio.(we did try to open shed but no key matched).

All Great Perfect For 4 of Us

We only had a quick 5 day break and it was great. Everything you need, decent sized pool, hot tub, lovely new kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms. Beautifully clean and well presented. The team at Villas Now were on hand to answer queries, will definitely use them again.

We loved the privacy. And the location. The response from the team when we did need to call for the pool to be cleaned. The pool was needing a bit of attention. However this wont stop us coming back, as I believe this issue will be resolved.

Great villa!

Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Great heated pool and outside areas. Very generous welcome items with milk, tea, coffee, wine and beer. Also very easy to get hold of the office by a quick whatsapp message. Definitely recommend and cant wait to book again!
