"This location was all we hoped it would be…glass, deck, and perfect view of the marina. With two separate bedrooms and a full bath, plus a reasonably well-stocked kitchen, it made a very good spot for our almost week-long stay. That said, it could use some spiffing up. It has older kitchen and bath decor and fixtures, the floor is a bit uneven, and there are many stains on the living room carpet. We were very happy there!"

"Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that."

"Overall, the location was perfect. Close to marina and old town for walkable touring and dining. Opened sun room doors to enjoy the sound of the river and birds. Even though on street, the neighborhood was very quiet. Overall the condo was very clean. Kitchen clean, living clean, bathroom clean, Bedroom clean and upgraded. Refrigerator was spotless which I really appreciated. Ice was made and this is always nice to have. Coffee maker perfect for brewing, (bring your own coffee as not provided)...

"Overall, we had a great stay. The location is hard to beat—you can literally walk across the street, head down the stairs, and you're on the beach. We also had a great sunset view between the two larger hotels nearby.For anyone traveling with dogs, the fenced backyard is a huge plus. We didn't leave our dogs out there unattended, but having a secure yard made the stay much easier.The only real downside was the cleanliness when we arrived. It looked like a husky or another long-haired white dog...
