La forma de la habitación era irregular y poco aprovechada por lo que te da sensación de no confortable y de poco espacio. A pesar de ser bastante nuevo parece que no está muy cuidado. La pared del baño es de cristal transparente, cero intimidad. El desayuno muy rico a pesar de no ser buffet, cantidad suficiente. Está en un pueblo un poco apartado pero por lo menos se encuentra en la plaza principal de la localidad. No hay personal en recepción las 24h.

Romantic getaway in Gozo
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Hotel is situated in a pjazza in the centre of Xewkija, very convenient and parking was not an issue.

Great service and comfortable
After having had an issue during check-in, the staff gave us a free upgrade to another room in few minutes, followed up and made sure everything was fine. They also went out of their way to provide us with alternate comfortable pillows in a matter of minutes. Breakfast was great each time. An extra attention to detail can be given when it comes to cleaning.

Warning hidden charges!
Warning hidden charges! When we booked, the page for this hotel says free cots available for babies. Upon check out they charged us a fee, which was over 10% of the nightly cost to stay at the hotel! We queried this and the hotel were very argumentative and illogical in their explanations: "the cot is free but the baby has to pay to enter the room" and eventually "hotels.com made a mistake, it's not our fault, you still have to pay". The baby wasn't even given a towel for this charge and she was too young to eat any breakfast! Very greedy, take advantage of tourists, and they value money over customer service.

Kindly note that we have received your reservation only for two adults and not for two adults and a baby. Should you book a room for two adults and one child (Age 0-1), the rate will looks different. One can try it out before make a reservation and one can notice that the rate for two adults and the rate for two adults and one child is completely different. In addition, we are aware that you have contacted us three days prior to your arrival and we have stated to you that there will be an extra charge to accommodate your baby as states Quaint Hotels Policy. We are aware that you also accept this extra charge when you have contacted us. Lastly, we would like to inform you that the extra charge is for the cleaning and cot linen expenses. Recommend you familiarise yourself with the village to get the most benefit from your stay in Gozo: the professional, friendly staff will help you! There is a sensational view from the terrace towards Victoria at night. Also suggest foregoing breakfast one day to sample the local bakery’s local food. Our room was very comfortable & spacious. I would however check with the hotel to see if the piazza roadworks have finished if you intend to be in your room/ terrace during the daytime

Modern room, spotlessly clean. Access and parking not entirely straightforward at present as the plaza outside the hotel is being completely re-paved. Should be finished by May / June time however - and of course not the hotel's fault. Be aware there is also some daytime noise to be expected from this. Giovanni's restaurant next door is a great option for dinner.

Complete disaster
The reviews warned that you need to alert the hotel of your arrival time, so I tried. For four hours before we arrived I called. No answer, no voicemail. On arrival (at 4 PM, not a late hour), no one answered intercom or phone. After a half hour we looked for another hotel and incurred the costs of moving. When I contacted Hotels.com for refund of my prepaid stay, they tried calling the property and also couldn't get a reply. It took me multiple emails and calls before I got a refund.

Nice hotel but not without issues
First the good: reception staff were pleasant and informative. The room was clean and contained everything we needed, including a fridge and hair dryer. the hotel is situated in a nice part of Gozo, about 2km from the centre Victoria. WiFi was ok. It is in a safe area and the church and courtyard are a pleasant view. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bad: the AC unit leaked down the wall and we could not get it as cool as we wanted, resulting in poor night’s sleep. The curtain support fell off the wall and hit me in the shoulder. The handle for the outside window fell off when I opened the window. The breakfast is VERY basic and I would advise giving it a miss. The breakfast staff were also not very pleasant. Even for a continental breakfast, the “orange juice” is from concentrate and not fresh. The food was cold. There are fantastic places to eat breakfast for a very little price in Victoria. There was a HUGE food and wine festival outside our window with literally hundreds of people one of the nights. This party continued until 2am. needless to say, we did not sleep. We were also not advised that this party was happening, and struggled to find a parking space as the entire island appeared to be at the festival under our window.

nice location and good parking.
great little hotel in a central location. pretty good and free parking. clean and new. right on the town square. nice market across the street. close to gozo brewery. nice location for a sort drive to all the sites on gozo. nice staff. sometimes there is no one at the front desk so it is self check in. rooms modern and nice. the bathroom has a glass wall so there is not bathroom privacy. travel with someone you know well. nice view from the front rooms otherwise no views. very nice breakfast. better than usual.

Beautiful hotel
Hotel Is confortante and clean in a Nice place. There is no a terrace. The breakfast is Only for english people...for italians there is Only Tea and bread...

Just great!
Excellent place aside the main street. Great rooms and great staff. On the first morning the breakfast was full hassle but second morning everything went smoothly

nice place but the breakfast is a Joke
Overall very nice Bit the breakfast was realy a Joke. was asked die Coffee Said yes,got a glas with hot water for instant Coffee. The Rest of the breakfast did not Match the expectation you get from the rest of the Hotel.

A gem in a small village square
Great little hotel! Only negative was the breakfast service which was a shambles to say the least. This can surely be perfected by having a more eficient setup than presently. For example, people had to share the carton of milk and you had to go over a table and ask for it. Restaurant should be set up properly and all available tables properly set up. Will come again and hopefully this small problem will be rectified.

Fab fittings in rooms, very clean, efficient
Great hotel if you want no fuss. There is no 24 hours reception or room service but can call them 24 hours. Rooms are clean have amazing showers and ours had massive freestanding bath with balcony with view of stunning square and the massive church. Rooms are modern and trendy and have spent money on important things like great air con, bed, llighting and bathroom. Breakfast next door basic but fine.

Modern and clean
The hotel is small but clean. We asked for a no smoking room and although the rule applies throughout the hotel, as soon as we entered the room there was a faint smell of cigarettes, on our second night, following room service, the room felt fresher and there was no smell so put it down to the room not having been used for a while. The ensuite is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall, which has a strip of opaque glass at the center, but does not allow much privacy. Breakfast was 'ok'. Basic, but offers cereals, eggs beans and sausages, some muffins. Which was fine for me. On the plus side the shower was very good, and the bed was large and clean. So if you re looking for a clean place to stay this is it.

A nice hotel at a very reasonable price
In a well located village half way between the port and Victoria and on several bus routes. Room very clean and comfortable. Lack of restaurants in immediate vicinity. Excellent breakfast service, with good choice of freshly cooked egg dishes (but fresh ground coffee would have been welcome).

Hotel très correct sur une jolie place
Hotel bien desservi avec les bus locaux. Chambre neuve, très confortable, agréable et décorée sobrement et avec goût. Idéale pour 1 couple avec 1 adolescent et une durée courte. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Service d'accueil très pratique. Service de chambre très appréciable. A noter : le bruit dans la cage d'escalier s'entend fort (conversations, ménage matinal, déambulation) qui pourrait gêner votre sommeil nocturne ou matinal... acoustique à améliorer. Petit déjeuner continental décevant et peu chaleureux (pas de vrai café, pas ou peu de choix pour le thé, le pain, les céréales, le jus de fruit, produits laitiers, etc.). A noter qu'une excellente boulangerie locale ne se trouve pas très très loin (rechercher bakery Ta Saminu). Elle vaut le détour avec ses spécialités locales et l'accueil fort sympathique....!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Zimmer sind überaus Groß. Klimaanlage ist im Preis inkludiert. Im Umkreis von 6 Gehminuten liegen alle wichtigen Busstationen (Hafen, Viktoria, Ramla Beach...). In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurant sowie eine Kirche. Viktoria ist ca. 20 Gehminuten entfernt, dort ist ein Einkaufszentrum sowie weitere gute Restaurants zu finden.

Loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, especially the cleaner who greeted us each day very cheerfully. It was very easy to travel around Gozo or to get to the ferry for the mainland on the buses from here as they come every hour on the hour from right next to the hotel
