    This comfortable 150 square metre property offers accommodation for up to 7 guests, featuring 3 well-appointed bedrooms with 5 versatile beds - including 2 double beds, 2 individual beds, and 1 supplementary bed. The home boasts 4 modern bathrooms, with 3 equipped with showers and 1 featuring a bathtub/shower.



    The fully-equipped kitchen complete with gas cooking facilities, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and comprehensive kitchenware. Entertainment is assured with a TV supporting English and Italian languages.



    A standout feature is the private swimming pool measuring 5. x 3.2 metres, perfect for relaxing summer days. The property includes additional outdoor amenities such as garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue area, ideal for al fresco dining and socialising.

very nice holiday at Gozo

We enjoyed our holiday on the Gozo island. The farm house was beautiful, exactly as we expected. The weather was top, your island is as beautiful as the farm house, and the people we met were charming. It was really a very nice holiday for our family.

The location was good parking was always available in front of the house. Accomodation was very clean and tidy. The price is a little bit on the high side but being that it is peak season it is understandable

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Die Lage (gute Verkehrsanbindung Bus), Größe und Bauart waren sehr gut. Auch die Kommunikation war super und einfach. Vielen Dank, für einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Matratzen der Betten, das ältere Sofa und den Bezug der Sonnenliegen erneuern.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz

Die Finka bietet alles was man braucht. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Leuten und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit 3 Bädern und Schlafzimmern, der großen Küchen und dem Poolbereich fehlt es einem an nichts. Auch die gute Verteilung der Klimaanlagen und den gerechtfertigten Preis für diese ist ein eindeutiger Pluspunkt. Der Pool war auch schön und hat für Abkühlung gesorgt. Definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung!

Superb

Lovely property in a quiet back street in Xaghra. Clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The pool was small but fine and had plenty of sunshine during the day so it kept warm. Patio area a little tight but fine for a family of four or five. Air-con in the bedrooms (we were using two of the three rooms) helped this year, and cost us about 2 Euros a night to run as long as we only tried to keep the temperature down to the mid-high 20s. Really well-stocked and cheap supermarket 50 yards down the road, with lovely friendly staff. Xaghra town centre was about a 15 minute walk away. The road down to Ramla was just around the corner. Having the pickup and return from and to the airport (arranged by Donald) and the hire car ready at the house was a luxury, after having to queue for an hour at the hire location at the airport last year. Just don't expect the car to be brand new and low mileage. Having said that, it was ideal for Gozo - compact, economical and air-conditioned. That's all you need. Donald and Grace were the best you could ask for - helpful and responsive. We had a few very minor issues (problem with a shower head, one fan not working) and they were sorted out really quickly. Overall, one of our best holidays.

Communication and check in were on point. Gozo is such a beautiful island and the people were so friendly. Ta Leli is conveniently located next to a quaint grocery store. We enjoyed shopping there, preparing our meals in the equipped kitchen, and trying pastizzi for the first time. Ramla Beach is walking distance with unforgettable views. Loved being in the community of Xagħra! The home was comfortably appointed, clean,and absolutely lovely. Our experience will forever be imprinted in our minds. Thank you for unforgettable memories and such a charming accommodation!

For the price point, this place was a disappointment. The location was great, the house is beautifully quaint in the heart of Gozo. However... The mattresses were some of the worst I've ever encountered and the bedding was extremely low quality when it was new, and it's now VERY worn. All but one sun lounger is broken and the one that wasn't broken had a cushion on it that was so saturated that it was seeping water (even after a week). The amount of hot water available in any of the bathrooms was unpredictable. Twice I had to switch bathrooms to find enough warm water to finish showering. It seems clean on the surface, but the color of my socks after walking around in the house told a different story. I also realized that some the distressed look on the stone walls was actually dust and spider webs.All of the problems are easily fixable and I would hope that the owners address because them. The house is great, it's just some attention to detail to give guests a great experience.

Very pleasant stay

Spacious property – love the traditional decor. Great to have a pool even if it's not always in the sun. The mattresses on all the beds are too firm – according to myself and my friends!

Excellent villa!

Very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Great communication with hosts who were very helpful. We rented a scooter from the port which was perfect for us to get around the island. There are regular buses and taxis (Bolt and eCabs, plentiful, readily available and very reasonably priced).
