You will NOT share any parts of the apartment, hot tub or outdoor spaces with anyone outside your group. The property is accessed from a private entrance in an upmarket complex.
The communal pool is accessible for guests and shares access with other residents of the complex. Other things to note This apartment is situated in a brand new, upmarket complex where minor internal finishing work is still in progress. While all major construction is complete and most apartments are occupied, some neighboring apartments are in the last finishing stages. Guests may occasionally experience minor day time noise from this work. If you are especially sensitive to such noise, we recommend selecting a different property from our portfolio.
Due to the complex administration's rules, we enforce a strict no pets policy at this apartment. As pet owners and lovers, we regret having to implement this policy but must ensure that our guests comply with the complex's regulations to avoid fines.
