Whether you're paddling on the lake, soaking up the sun, or just enjoying morning coffee with a waterfront view, this spot makes it easy to slow down and enjoy lake life—without the long trek up north.

The space
This charming lakefront duplex has everything you need for a stress-free getaway:

Bedroom 2: Bunkbed with Queen on bottom, Queen top, and a Twin trundle underneath

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire 2-bedroom side of the duplex, including the upper deck, lower patio, and driveway parking.

🌊 The sandy beach and dock area are shared with the other half of the duplex, but there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably.

Please note that only one dock space belongs to this property. It is located directly across the street from the center of the house and is identifiable as the dock that connects directly to the sandy beach area.

Kindly do not use or access any other docks, as they are privately owned by other members of the community.

This is an older dock, so we kindly ask that all posted dock rules be followed for your safety and to help maintain the space.
