"Good location (right next to the Monon Trail, close to the Jazz Kitchen, and just south of Broad Ripple). However, there was rotting garbage lying in the driveway beside the entrance to the "tiny house." The roof of the sleeping bunk was so low on one side that two people could not sleep in the bed (and the pullout couch was not comfortable). The lock code supplied failed to indicate the need to add "#" at the end of the code(though the owners responded quickly to my request for clarification)....

"For such a cheap price, my expectations were not high. But, the place was nice inside. It’s not like the picture shows but still nice. There wasnt any water or chips for us like the picture shows. There wasnt any shampoo or bar soup. But there was hand soup. So definitely bring your own supplies. Bring your own cutlery.
