This beautiful vacation home, located on the edge of the North Sea spa park, is just a few steps from the South Beach and the beach promenade. The vacation home is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. A bakery and a bus stop are located across the street. An Edeka grocery store is about 300 meters away. The wave pool, pedestrian zone, shopping areas, and golf course are about a 20-minute walk away. A parking space is located right next to the house. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a dining table and kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, toilet, and washing machine. On cool days, the wood-burning stove radiates cozy warmth and creates a comfortable atmosphere in the room. The house is heated by underfloor heating (tiled floors). A sleeper sofa and a regular sofa invite you to relax and spend time together. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and a hi-fi system with a CD player and radio. The living room opens onto the furnished patio. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette grill, an electric grill, glasses, and dishes. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, two armchairs, a TV, and a radio alarm clock. Next door, you’ll find the second bathroom with a small sitting bathtub and shower, as well as a second toilet. The attic can be used as storage space for your suitcases or similar items.
