"We had the most wonderful getaway at this property! The location was peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect escape. The home was exactly as pictured, if not even more beautiful in person. As two tall guests, we found the lofted sleeping areas a bit snug, so we chose to sleep in the comfortable living room area, which worked out well and is simply part of the charm of staying in a tiny house. Evenings by the fire, enjoying s’mores, and relaxing in the hammock made our stay feel truly special....

"Nice cabin type house. There is a pool but was too cold for us to think about it. Was given several suggestions on things to do and we did them. Of course was in Woodstock country so had to go there. And then Took a scenic drive which was beautiful. They were very helpful and nice when talking with. Had a great time. And the area was beautiful to drive around in. Thank for letting us stay in your house "

"This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. Definitely stay here!"

Due to the lack of reviews, I'm guessing that this is a new listing and that there are kinks still being worked out. Without going into too much detail, there was no way the space had recently been cleaned and the description provided on the listing seems to be lifted from one of their other properties as there was no fire pit, no fireplace, no dishwasher and the house is definitely...

"Beautiful place tucked back in the woods. Very relaxing and incredibly clean. The free coffee was a nice touch too. Will 100% be returning to The Gunks because of this house. "
