"The house was very clean and well appointed. Internet was great, and the bed was so comfortable. We met Eric, our host, who gave us invaluable info about a hike/waterfall nearby. The baseboard heat worked well, and there were plenty of pillows and two warm comforters. The jugs of bottled water were appreciated. There was a big grassy area for the dogs to romp. We spent the day at Minnewaska Preserve, only about 12 minutes away."

"Clean, everything we needed was already there. Plenty of wood to keep the fireplace going for weekend and then some. There were 5 of us and 2 dogs and we had plenty of space to spread out play board, games, cook, and just relax, was great overall, sad to be back home. Communication was simple when i had a question, likely go back in a month or so when its warmer."

"We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. The house is new construction and the A-frame adds some interesting architectural features. Appliances are new and everything is clean. Really had no complaints. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty and the road to the house is not paved but was fine on the car, just need to drive slowly. Bring all groceries with you on the way in as there Arent any major stores nearby which is sort of the point! Close to swinging bridge reservoir for boat rentals and...

"We booked an extended weekend with a couple of families. Both the adults and kids had an amazing time. The kids enjoyed the movie theater room. The adults enjoyed darts, pool table, bar, and hot tub. The home was very clean. It also had everything we could possibly need such was towels, cookware, paper products, soaps and shampoos. We honestly didn't want to leave and plan to return. The pictures of the home definitely does not do full justice on how beautiful it really is."

"Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. Could only find 2 bathrooms. Not a problem for our group, just informing. Overall, amazing stay and would recommend"

Had EVERYTHING I needed (and more); all the kitchen necessities, everything labeled; wood-burning stove; smore fixings! It was lovely being on the river; outstanding communication with Krystyn. "We loved our stay in this adorable, immaculate cabin. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, nifty set up with the projector for TV watching. While we did not get to enjoy the outdoor fire pit area due to rain, that only means we will be back! We had a stellar meal at Aroma Thyme, a very good/solid dinner at the Mexican place in Ellenville, and LOVED our breakfast and pastries to go at Cohen’s Bakery. Thanks for a lovely place!"

"The house was just as cozy and quaint as we had hoped. The deck overlooking the river is beautiful and there's plenty of backyard space for campfires and yard games. We used it as our home base before and after our river float trip along the Del Water Gap and would do so again."
