"新竹駅から徒歩約10分程で、周辺も見どころが多く滞在には最高のホテルと感じました。廊下の天井の空調機からの水漏れが気になりましたが、それ以外は文句ありません。ベッドメイキングも丁寧にやって下さり、スタッフさんの心意気を感じ温かな気持ちになりました！"
