"A great quite deceivingly large property with some great old features. The standard of the fixtures and fittings are very high and the brownies on arrival were amazing. Much Wenlock is a li ely setting with pmenty of shops, cafe's and pubs."

"Good parking, no heating in room, was very cold, and electric heater on the wall didn’t work, damp around the window, only 1 thin hard pillow each on the bed. Staff were friendly on arrival."

"Nice room, quiet and very comfortable room overlooking the car park.
Oak Room was very good for supper - staff helpful and excellent food.
Gym refurbished - all black and brooding. The only improvement staff wise is the spa staff should be more visible on arrival and not on the iPhone in the back room."
