"The plus was LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION in downtown Lancaster near the convention center, farmer's market etc... The place was clean and had all the basics for a comfortable stay for one or two as long as they intended to primarily eat out. Parking might have been an issue but I took the train so can't be sure. Basically, you are paying for the central location...and professional management...but the latter failed me during the checkin process...completely. Expedia, Vrbo and the local...

"Stayed in town for the annual Zine Festival. The apartment is in a lovely location, close to all the downtown amenities and great for the price! We had some issues with wi-fi, and it kept going out while we were there, which made my remote work difficult. But our hostess figured things out very quickly. "The apartment is very well located. It was very easy to walk around town. We didn't have noise issues. Yes, the apartment shares a wall with the main house and there is a little dog, but he barely barked. Street noise was minimal. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is well appointed. "We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again! Check-in was just a smidge confusing, but that’s just the nature of the very cool, historic location in the middle of downtown Hershey. And Shawn, who was working at the restaurant that night, was extremely helpful throughout the evening. We thought the building was really cool and very much enjoyed our dinner at Fenicci’s downstairs. My kids said it was the best dinner they’d ever had!"
