Not one complaint! Beautiful ocean view, pool, and short walking path to the beach. Walkable to beach, restaurants, public boat docks, and shopping. Area felt very safe, friendly and clean. Condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Owner and on-site manager were prompt, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The condo was even better than the pictures. You can tell that much thought went into the decor. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Tim even prepared a birthday surprise for us (birthday balloon and beautiful flower arrangement) which was so thoughtful. Although the weather didn't cooperate (rain and windy) my sisters and I enjoyed hanging out at the condo and enjoying the beach view.

Perfection!Attentive host- Two small issues were handled quickly without incident.Everything about this vacation was easy.Access- No issues.Staging of the condo-Beautiful!View- LovelyAvailability of beach chairs-very accommodating Amenities-The condo had everything on site in the way of utensils, cleaning supplies, towels and bedding. No need to go to the grocery for basic supplies.Bedding comfortable, soft sheets and comfortable beds, bathrooms-updated but unfortunately only showers. The towels in the bathroom and kitchen were new and spotless.Safety - with onsite security and keyed entry to the building, it felt safe and vehicles protected.Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and it is an easy walking to the pier.Short drive away-The Riverwalk area is worth investigating. Circa 1922 restaurant - piano player on the weekend, The Half Sandwich Shop great sandwiches to take to the Beach. Another interesting lunch spot is in Carolina Beach- Pop’sDiner- great BLT.

Amazing beach vacay!

Thank you very much for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home with us. We found it quite comfortable and well appointed and loved the balcony space for coffee and that gorgeous view! I appreciate your helpful shopping suggestions. We also very much appreciate the wagon and chairs being available to make our packing even lighter. We will definitely want to come back! The owners were very responsive and the condo and location couldn’t have been more perfect!

This was an ideal property for our first trip to Wrightsville Beach. The condo is in a great location with beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Only a five minute walk and you can be laying on the beach. Enjoyed all the condo amenities and appreciated the special attention paid for one of our group celebrating their 50th. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Experience.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and right in the heart of all the action at Wrightsville, with great bars and restaurants nearby. This was one of the nicest VRBO's I have stayed at and I have been to many. Perfect long weekend getaway

This condo was the perfect location and set up for our family of 4 to enjoy a long weekend at Wrightsville Beach. The location is steps away from the beach and within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The condo unit was clean and well appointed. Tim was a fantastic host and helped make sure that we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. We would absolutely stay here again for future trips!

Beautiful condo

The condo was immaculate and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and we loved the view. Easy access to local bars/restaurants and the beach. Tim was informative and made himself available all weekend while we stayed. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Wrightsville beach area! We will come back for sure.

Christmas Beach Vacation

Beautiful condo and beautiful views! The condo is well decorated and the owner put out mini Christmas trees and a nativity display out for us since it was Christmas! The owners are way beyond thoughtful! Tim was available for any questions we had and the whole week was wonderful. We are already planning our next trip!

Relaxing Holiday Stay

I should begin by saying that this was our first VRBO stay. Tim and Julie have set the bar incredibly high! We wanted a place that felt more like “home,” closer to UNCW, where we could relax and even cook some of our own meals for the week of Thanksgiving. I soon found that they had thought of everything we would need for the week. Check-in was simple and it was so nice to meet Tim on the first day. Everything was well-explained and there was a binder available for reference. The condo was clean and ready for us. It’s a safe, quiet community and having a dedicated parking lot available is much appreciated when you’re traveling. Both our children are adults, and while we enjoy hanging out together, it was nice that there was plenty of personal space. We enjoyed watching movies in the living room, drinking coffee with a book on the balcony looking out to the ocean, and walking out to the beach. Don’t miss the sunrises~they are stunning. My questions were answered before arrival. Tim was just a text away during our stay. Nothing came up during the stay, but it was nice to know that we could ask if we had questions. Because the property was so well-equipped, we will be comfortable flying and traveling light on our next stay. As the person who plans our family travel, I was able to relax on this trip. Many thanks to Tim and Julie for an excellent stay!

Perfect long weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed for three nights at Tim's condo. Our son and his fiancee joined us for two of the nights. The location can't be beat: ocean view (spectacular sunrises), just steps to the beach, many restaurants/nightspots within a block or two, and a few-minutes drive to many more. The condo was one of the cleanest short-term rentals we've ever had. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Very quiet; we all slept well. We appreciated the ample supply of coffee pods for the Keurig. Tim met us at check-in and was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property and location

My husband and I just wanted a few days away to rest. The condo met all of our needs, and was well stocked. Tim went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I’m a clean freak and I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer. This is a beautiful place and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Wrirightsville beach. Thank you for everything!
