Guest Access:
Guests have private use of the entire condo and access to the Dune Ridge pool, tennis/pickleball court and beach access. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Dune Ridge sits right on the ocean on the North End of Wrightsville Beach, a quieter, more residential stretch of the island. Downtown Wrightsville Beach coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping are a quick drive away.

Getting Around:
The beach is right out back. There are 2-3 carport parking spots for the unit, and additional guest spots can be requested. Downtown Wrightsville Beach is a quick drive. Downtown Wilmington is about 20 minutes by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
Community pool is open from May 1 - September 30.

1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. 25+ years old ONLY (no exceptions)
3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
6. **Any service animal and paperwork must be disclosed within 24 hours of booking.**
