We had a fantastic stay. The beach was so close and we loved having coffee on the deck looking at the ocean. Was the perfect place for a long weekend family getaway.

This is an excellent location and a very nice condo, especially great for a couple. We enjoyed the vicinity to the beach and love that The Palm Room was right downstairs for a happy hour drink and a couple rounds of pool. Great coffee and restaurants nearby, and a beautiful stretch of beach to walk and relax on. The balcony was the best too! Breezy/shady and with a view of the ocean.

We had a great time at this property. It’s right beside Johnnie Mercer’s Pier in Wrightsville Beach and is a short walk from the beach and restaurants. A note for parents traveling with kids - the bunk bed is located right beside the front door and is not in a bedroom. Our kid did great with the setup but it’s a piece of information worth knowing before you book. Patsy was great with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at this beach house! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just a short walk away. Overall, a really nice place to unwind — we’d definitely come back again!

Wonderful Condo

Loved our stay at Summer Place. The condo was clean and equipped with all we needed. Location is perfect as it is near Johnny Mercer’s Pier. Quick walk to the beach. The owners were fabulous to communicate with and made check in easy.

Great unit! Very comfortable and clean with amenities. Loved the balcony with a view of the ocean. Check in process was easy and check out was simple. We would love to come back!
