Overall a great property.:*Fantastic property in superb setting. *Top floor.*Management co got spigot repaired quickly (when it was actually HOA's responsibility). *Great neighbors.*Grounds kept very well and dock is superb. But for a premier property, it (or mgmt co) was lacking in a few areas:*I called on about Day 2 of 14 day trip re broken porch fans. It was brutally hot most days and critically needed but they were never replaced. A price adjustment would be a reasonable thing to do. Management should review each property at the beginning of each season to ensure all items are in working order. *Linens -- over a certain price point, management co should provide more towels. And better quality sheets and towels. I get better more towels and better linens at Hampton Inn. *Master Bed - A queen in a large room with an aged saggy mattress. Again, a critical item not in line with the price point. *Cleanliness - floors not thoroughly cleaned (tiles prob need steam cleaning). Pantry and closet floors were dirty. Shower door too. Front closet a bit cluttered. Significant spider webs with 15-20 egg sacs at front door. Vacuum cleaner put out tons of dust so not worth using. *Misc signs of wear and tear -- some canned lights sagging and yellowed trim (flush mount LEDs are a great, easy replacement), master BR and BA doors don't align with frame (have to push very hard), major peeling of wallpaper in master BA, shower door and kitchen sink need replacing, drwywall cracks, etc. None are a big deal but collectively they are and again, at this price point, some should be addressed.
