The location and home was great, but the check in and communication was poor. The home was not clean when we arrived, after being told they would call us back to see if they could accommodate our early arrival. The place looked great after the cleaner finally came. No hammock as described in the listing.

As advertised. Beach chairs are quite dated, and local noise, even for the off season, is notable. Enjoyed the stay generally though and would probably come back with generous use of the provided white noise machine at night!

Was exactly as advertised. Great location. Very clean. Nice furnishings, kitchen utensils, plates, equipment, etc. Had a few questions upon arrival and owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money in my opinion.

Our host Luke was amazing! Check-in was an issue because the condo had not been cleaned. I reached out to Luke and the condo was promptly cleaned, and the beds were made.His response time to anything was quick. He was always there. The condo was decorated really cute. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

The location could not have been better! This is a great property. It is comfortable and a few steps from the beach. The service from the managing company was fantastic. Excellent communication and they really care.

Cute, convenient, can be noisy

The condo is really lovely, decorated in a stylish modern coastal vibe, and it’s in such a great spot! You’re just steps away from the beach and a short walk to lots of fun spots like restaurants, bars, and even an ice cream shop. We came down for a quick weekend to help our kid move out of the dorm at the nearby university, hoping to get some good rest before the big move. Sadly, that didn’t quite work out because the bars next door were super loud. We were there during the last big weekend of the semester, and those college kids were definitely celebrating and having a blast before summer break—very, very loudly! Good news, I don’t think that’s the usual experience, since I read other reviews mentioning some noise but not too bad. Just something to keep in mind if you’re visiting when there might be celebrations happening. The host thoughtfully provides sound machines in each bedroom, so that helps, and maybe packing some disposable earplugs could be a good idea too! Haha!

Great Beach Getaway

We had a fantastic time here! The place is within super easy walking distance of the beach, the sound, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We especially enjoyed all the amenities and updated kitchen, bathrooms, nice big TV and sunny airy decks. We hope to come again.

Perfect little beach escape

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo by the beach!! Location was perfect, the condo was super clean and the host was very attentive!! The beds were also VERY comfortable and we had a nice time enjoying the outdoor seating area. The white noise machine in the one bedroom was an added bonus! Highly recommend and would def stay there again !

Exactly as advertised

The property was clean and exactly as advertised for our short stay. Walk to the beach was short and easy. You do hear some of the music and noise from the bars and restaurants nearby at night. It isn't overly loud; but if hearing music at night is not your thing, this may not be the place for you.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The property was clean and beautiful just as pictured. The property manager was top notch as well, very responsive. The only thing to be aware of is that it is quite close to a couple of bars and can be somewhat loud. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind if you want absolute silence at night.

Beautifully renovated apartment

We were very pleased. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was recently renovated and done in a very tasteful way. It felt like a modern beach condo, not one from the 70s. Everything worked well and the apartment was will stocked, both in supplies, appliances, coffee, etc. We had everything we needed. The kitchen , dining and living areas were open, bright and very comfortable.

Not as described

We could not get into the house for an hour after check in and the owner would not return our calls. The parking was not as described. We were blocked in by the other guest and the owner would not return our call. The bands were extremely loud until 2:00AM

Beach Getaway

The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. Location was excellent as it was within walking distance to the beach, a local grocery store, shops and restaurants. We only wished we could have stayed a little longer.

A Home away from home

Awesome Stay

This was a great vacation rental. Plenty of space! Spotless and gorgeous. The porches were the best for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. Just a short walk to the beach was so convenient. We walked to eat most of our meals. Cannot say enough about this awesome place!

Best Beach Vacation!!

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Very airy and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable with ergonomic pillows. The location is wonderful!!! One block away from the beach. Some beach chairs and beach items were available. Restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Because it is in close proximity to entertainment, you do hear the music at night. It is also easy to drive to nearby restaurants. I will stay here every time I go to beach!!
