House needs significant maintenance. Furnace was broken at arrival, but repaired during our stay. Dishwasher had a hole in the pan that caused a leak through downstairs ceiling. Could no longer use upstairs dishwasher. Many smaller things throughout the home need replaced or repaired. When work is done it will be a great place to stay.

Family reunion

Wonderful location out of hustle and bustle of City! Very large house to accommodate our group of 13. However, disappointed with lack of any dressers in bedrooms for clothing or to place anything on to charge etc all had to just be left on floor. Bathrooms did not have hooks for towels/robes. The oven in main kitchen would only heat in the convection setting which we did not realize until after everything else was ready to eat.Enjoyed the rec room even though the pool table was not level and very wobbly. Would have like to had at least glassware in the basement kitchen.A couple of the recliners in the theater room did not recline.The hot tub cleaner came a few minutes after one of our couples had just gotten in and said he’d wait about 30 minutes and return Sunday was the only day he cameDefinitely had the potential to be a wonderful vacation home

Christmas with our immediate family

It was absolutely perfect. We could all spread out. Or we could all gather in the kitchen/living room/movie theater. The kitchen was delightfully complete with pots, pans, baking utensils, silverware, plates. The setting with the view of the lake was wonderfully peaceful. The hike to the waterfall was a wonderful adventure. But we did manage to get lost as we tried to drive around the resort.

Beautiful House For Family Stay

This house is beautiful. It had everything we could want for a multi-family stay. We were in town for a wedding and had multiple events to attend, but we would have loved to stay at the house the whole time. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, theater room, and video game (Pac-Man). They even spent hours playing Scrabble! We prepared a couple of meals and found everything we needed easily. The neighborhood is pristine. One day, we lost count of the deer we saw on our way out! We watched a woodpecker on a nearby tree while sipping our coffees. The family enjoyed time on the lake one day and made some lovely memories. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. The only suggestion I have is to give clear directions to the trash/recycling area in the neighborhood. We found it in the end, so everything turned out fine, but the map was a little hard to read.

Great family fun

The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, flatware, and plenty of dishes, glasses, and mugs. There are two coffee makers - a standard one as well as a combo which makes both pots and kcups. Pool table, ping pong, and a number of water "toys" provide hours of fun activities. It was a little skimpy on towels, wash cloths, dish towels and cloths but we got by. The one big negative was that the brackets for the blinds for a window in the master bedroom were missing; we had to rig up a curtain with a sheet for privacy! I didn't deduct a star for that in hopes that it will be fixed since we notified them. Also no chest of drawers or dresser in the bedrooms; if you're staying several days, it's inconvenient. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would return.

Incredible Pet-Friendly, BEAUTIFUL Property

Our family came for Thanksgiving holiday (10th year at Innsbrook, 1st time at this VRBO) ... first of all, THE BEDS WERE ALL INCREDIBLE! Every couple and I slept wonderfully! Mattresses and bedding were so uber-comfy, that my daughter looked at the tags to try and figure out the same to purchase for their home! The home is so gorgeous, and the yard/beach/lake area TOP-NOTCH ... kitchen is so open and perfectly laid out for great entertaining. Owners very promptly responded when we had a wifi hiccup - despite being early on Thanksgiving morning! We definitely enjoyed our stay and were so thankful the weather cooperated. Grandkids and grown kids had very much fun! Thanks Dane and Janel!!!!!

Beautiful Place!!

Wonderful place to stay!! Plenty of room to spread out. Downstairs is awesome Movie theater. Pool table, Ping Pong Table, Great bar area, extra living room by the bedrooms. Nice outdoor area off the rec room. Easy access to the lake private beach which is a bonus. Also easy access to Club house and Golf course.
