"Great location and with a parking space albeit very tight to get the car down the lane and we don’t have a large car. House was as described but very basic and just felt like not a lot of thought had gone into the decor and making it homely. Just a couple beach pics on the walls. Outdoors furniture was dirty. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Bed was small and a bit uncomfortable. Downstairs toilet was dirty. Shower leaked and difficult to get in and out of the bath with the large shower...

"Brilliant stay in a fantastic cottage. Very kind and communicative owners, who were very generous in their welcome gesture towards me. The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could wish for for a short and longer stay. The cottage is very spacious and also peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a truly relaxing time away. Great location to explore the coastline or Kent in land. "Very clean cottage with a great kitchen. There was an air fryer and coffee machine available. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and so were the pillows. Television and comfy sofa to chill on. Also a garden area. Not near the beach but 4 rides on the loop bus which was very frequent."

"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...
