"Booked a double room but got a room with 3 single beds. Not the end of the world but not what I booked. Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was really thin, when you sat on it you were basically sat on the bed base and when you laid on the bed you could feel the springs in your back and side. The walls were wafer thin, you can hear the tap running and toilet etc from the room next door. Also the water in the bathroom made a right racket when you ran the tap, shower or flushed the toilet. "We stayed for 1 night in June. We were originally allocated a room on the ground floor near the bar area, which under normal circumstances would have been fine, the room itself was very nice. However, we have a child undergoing cancer treatment and she would not have settled. Paul, who I believe to be the owner manager, was very accommodating and went to great lengths to ensure we could have a lovely stay at this hotel. He arranged for a single bed to be put in one of the double rooms upstairs,...

"Very quiet and peaceful in which the caravan is situated, 20mins drive to the nearest supermarket, well equipped kitchen, caravan was lovely the only downside was the cleaning especially in the shower as it was full of cobwebs, spiders and flies, also came to use the oven and there was a dirty oily tray in there, the main areas were clean like worktops etc, I did have a really pleasant stay I can’t fault that, and I did clean everything I’ve mentioned, I just don’t think enough people stay...
