The popular beaches of Croyde and Saunton are within 9 miles and all are popular for surfing and swimming. The South West Coastal Path, offering spectacular views and some of the finest walks in the country, is also nearby. You can also access the Tarka Trail, which offers 180 miles of fantastic off-road walking and cycling with pubs and tearoom stops along the route. Only 13 miles to Exmoor National Park with its dramatic walks over the magical moorlands and stunning woodland walks.

This first-floor property is accessed via a communal entrance, enter into the hallway and walk into the open plan lounge/kitchen where you can relax after a busy day of adventure and admire the stunning views from your window or chill out to a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a favourite recipe. There is 1 double-size bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Completing this property is a lovely balcony with patio furniture where you can enjoy the breath-taking sea views with your morning coffee or a favourite tipple.
