  • FREE FIREWOOD supplied. Our heated, saline pool and our Hot Tub are OPEN now! An amazing retreat in the woods, situated on 7 beautiful acres, but still only just 2 min from downtown Woodstock. Surrounded by mature trees and gently flowing stream, you will breathe deeply and relax. GREAT for kids: in addition to the heated pool -- open in season -- we have ping-pong, a basketball net, a doll's house with furniture!

    You enter this stunning house and view its contemporary, modern style surrounded by windows, high ceilings and magnificent bluestone fireplace. The home is warm, inviting and thoughtfully furnished. It has 3BR, 3 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, in-ground heated pool and hot tub, overlooking the stream!

    The home is divided into two sections to allow for maximum privacy while still being able to socialize together. The North wing has a sun-drenched 2nd floor bedroom with a brand new queen bed and luxury mattress. There is a cozy living room + den and fully stocked kitchen with large farm table to gather around with friends. Adjacent is an additional seating area, bathed in sunlight from a row of windows, with a new couch that easily unfolds into a queen size bed.

    In the South wing is a stunning space with 30' high ceilings contains a second seating/gathering area + a library. There is a mini ping pong table and sound system for added fun.

    In this wing, there is an upstairs Master Bedroom and another guest bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a new king bed, luxury mattress and an en suite bath with a jetted tub. The downstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds which can be combined to be a queen size. There is a full bathroom off of this room. It features a private entrance leading to the pool, hot tub and garden.

    You will never want to leave!

Beautiful, well-kept creekside property that surrounds you with complete serenity. The hot tub and pool are great features after hiking or exploring town. The home has everything you need and plenty of space for our group of 6. Bill was an exceptional host who communicates clearly and timely. Amazing, large artist-type retreat. Great for our family getaway and being dog friendly is a huge plus for us. Minutes from Woodstock and not far from other attractions made for easy entertainment.We didn’t use the fireplace or pool, but did use the hot tub and it was great.All together, we really enjoyed our stay and Bill was great answering my questions and helping out when we needed it.

This spacious, well-furnished house provides an excellent and comfortable base from which to discover Woodstock and nearby towns and hiking spots. The house is located in a lovely quiet area that is a short drive from downtown Woodstock.The check-in process went smoothly, and the owner was responsive and communications with him were easy.

We only had a short stay, but enjoyed every minute of it! Love the well maintained house & surroundings and spent hours in the secluded pool and hot tub. Just delightful!

We are a family of 4 with older teens. We came to visit New York City but also get out to the countryside and this was a perfect place for our family to relax after all the sightseeing in the big city! We enjoyed each having our own rooms and bathrooms. Towels/bedding was nice and soft. We would hike/bike in the morning by trails 20-30minuntes away and then come back to the house. Our family enjoyed all the activities we could do at the house in the evening- swim, hot tub, sit by the steam, ping pong, read and relax. The kitchen was small but had all the supplies to cook meals. We appreciated the supplies and soaps in kitchen/bathrooms. If your looking to relax out of the city... this home was perfect! Thank you for our stay!

A spacious home with character and everything we needed. Deeply nested in the woods—quiet, beautiful, and great for hiking! Loved our stay. A couple miles from Woodstock, a quaint town with galleries, cafes, and good restaurants. Host Bill was amazing, responsive and so helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful House, Great Amenities

The house is a beautiful example of mid century modern design in the vein of Wright's Usonian houses. The amenities are fantastic - we loved the heated pool!

My girlfriends and I stayed in Bill’s beautiful home for the weekend. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the location to downtown was perfect. Bill was a gracious host and helped us out tremendously after items were left behind and we needed to go back for them! Would definitely return!!

Ladies Weekend

Great family getaway for Thanksgiving

We loved our stay at this property - a classic "Woodstock" house with character and charm. For our family of 4, we all had our own space! Great piece of property and close proximity to town and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked for all cooking and baking needs.

Perfect Woodstock location

Home was beautiful. Had a great Woodstock vibe and location was phenomenal. Host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well informed. Could not have asked for a better accommodation to come back home for a visit.

Absolutely Wonderful!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful not just the property but also the host was! The house and setting is just beautiful and full of character! The host does a wonderful job of ensuring the guests know what’s available to them in the house and provides a wonderful listing of restaurants and grocery stores in the area as well. I will definitely look to stay again in the future!
