Due to a Medical emergency with family was unable to stay @ property. Spoke to host on first day to request she allow us to cancel & work together to refund a partial amount of the 2600 fee for the stay. I had rented for 20 days. She immediately refused! As I walked through property I realized there was another house on property with total access to the house. It adjoins the pool decks walkways doors & garage access. No way to lock garage access to house as no keys or deadbolts. Kitchen was poorly stocked & location was undesirable as being advertised as close to downtown. The advertised photos are very deceptive & I just had to let it go!! Stage four cancer was much tougher to accept than stage four greed by the host! Choose wisely & choose another home. I did not stay in the house at all & requested she at least refund the clesning fees she REFUSED.

Family Time

We were in town to visit our son. Our daughter joined us. The pool wasn’t open during our stay due to the time of year but the area looked very nice and inviting. We will try to stay again.

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed the property and its location to downtown Woodstock. The only improvement that I would suggest is more lighting along walkway and driveway. However, the home was super clean and well stocked kitchen.

Nice spacious house.

Our family stayed in this house for my Father-in-law's celebration of life. It was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It was too cool to swim, but the pool was large. There was a gas grill and a fire pit out back. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay again.

Perfection

This house was perfection. If we could buy it we would. House had everything we needed, was clean, and such an easy location to Atlanta & Marietta. Pool was lovely and backyard was so serene. We will definitely be back and stay again!

This is a very nice property and close to downtown. It was clean and well laid out. Some things to consider for future guests - provide more dishes and silverware, keep the air fresheners to a minimum, repair the exhaust fan in the primary bathroom and consider replacing the window blinds. Thank you for making your house available to us.

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our time here. Neighborhood nice, house was nice. Many amenities. We had 3 couples and more than enough room for all. Would definitely stay here again. Beginning of sidewalk near driveway was a bit precarious. Only complaint.

Shared pool is fine

Beautiful home!

The home was above and beyond expectations! Very clean, everything was excellent! Very roomy, the pool area was perfect and very close to the cutest little town! Very good restaurants nearby and the town was full of the friendliest people I’ve ever met.

Tranquil and Relaxing

We rented this property to be near East Cobb Park for son’s baseball tournament. Very close location to the park, grocery, and food. Nice to not have to fight traffic. House is on quiet street with just residential traffic. Downtown area is so nice and we wished we had time to enjoy it more. Home is beautifully remodeled and very clean. The pictures are 100% accurate of the inside. Had all amenities that we needed to cook and wash clothes. Our boys enjoyed the large pool everyday and we had plenty of space to enjoy outside. Definitely would recommend and would rent again if we are back here for another tournament.

Woodstock Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this location. The only thing I might suggest is an additional TV somewhere in the home and a few more plates and bowls in the kitchen. Also, it would have been nice to have more towels.

Atlanta Girls Trip

I was there for a bowling tournament and extended vacation. The place was very nice, clean and in a great neighborhood. The few issues we had were addressed quickly and we had a wonderful experience. Thank you.
