"Incredible place- a stone’s throw- from the true ‘ski in-ski out’- and I have been to Colorado, Mount Snow, Vt.- where you still have to schlep across a Parking lot- to a lame slow green button trail leading to a lift - NOT THIS PLACE. You get on the ‘Briar Patch ‘ trail- to a lift that takes you to a better lift Blue square- and sail upon the breeze- to a really great Ski experience - Hunter Mountain. "The entire space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen area and bathroom is wellstocked. Perfect for a short stay. The shower is a bit small but you can still get clean as the showerhead detaches. The TV has all streaming services you could need. The area is far enough from light pollution you can see the stars at night.Kevin was the perfect host, he welcomed us and walked us through how to get some records going. My husband and I stayed one night, if we stayed longer I would’ve wished for a bigger bed, but that may be due to the fact that we are used to a bigger bed. "Misleading listing. Apartment is 2 blocks from major freight train route which ran all through the night. Clearly a known noise issue with earplugs and white noise machines in the bedroom. Would have been better to know upfront this would interrupt sleep throughout the night. Backs onto a bar so band noises till 1am. Backyard is tired and not as presented."
