The unit is very well maintained, and has a lot of the needed equipment to cook your own meals, an easy to operate TV and an amazingly comfortable bed.You can hear some of the noises from the unit above, but they also respect the same quiet hours. "It was unbearably loud, impossible to sleep. The upstairs neighbors weren’t doing anything unreasonable…just having fun…but the four of us downstairs suffered greatly…even after I went up to ask them to turn off their music. "
