The pet welcome was exceptional, Lucy and Lucky (who is very hard to please) adored each other. It rained much of the stay. Definitely not a problem. The ongoing mist added to the the atmosphere.We enjoyed reading and Scrabble.In better weather, walkers would marvel at the view from Drawing Room Rocks, the closeness of which hadn't dawned on us.

Amazing!

My daughter and I stayed, with her dog Hugo. We had a wonderful time. The accommodation was excellent! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the cottage was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We spent more time than expected just hanging around the cottage, going for walks, patting the pony, wombat spotting at night, and just soaking up the serenity. The area around Berry is beautiful. We were there for 4 days and spent time at Berry markets, Kangaroo Valley, Seven Mile Beach, Culnurra Beach and the lighthouse walk, and many other gorgeous places. I highly recommend Fairmont Cottage.

Idyllic Haven

I recently stayed at Fairmont Cottage in Woodhill, NSW, and it was an unforgettable experience. The cottage was charming and cozy, nestled among lush green pastures with friendly cows grazing nearby. One of my favorite moments was lying under the clear night sky, stargazing—it was truly magical. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I felt right at home and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this gem!

Peaceful hideaway

So relaxing- stunning bush/mountain vista, Loved the wandering belted Galloways especially the calves. Very friendly pony - all a lovely treat for us and pooch. Accommodation all you wanted. Alistair and Alison terrific hosts. Will come back, perfect place to really unwind.

Great hosts. Also enjoyed the company of the wombats and cows. Dramatic mountain scenery with mists swirling through the forest. Great place for dog walks (except drawing room rocks which is in a dog free zone). Would be happy to return. Telstra signal was reliable.

Lovely cottage in tranquil setting

Clean, warm and inviting cottage on a farm. But only 10 minutes to Berry or the Motorway . Alison and Alistair are lovely hosts. The cottage has most everything you need including a booklet of pet friendly places to visit. But if something comes up they haven't anticipated, they are easy to contact and help when needed.
