This is a lovely hotel. It's well placed for a visit to the Cotswolds. There is a large car park, check in was easy and our room was so nice, overlooking the lake. Bad Experience…
It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay ...
