"I really enjoyed my stay in this home. It was very clean, close to everything I needed, and I always felt safe , even when strolling in the neighborhood. Julie clearly put a lot of thought into making sure anyone that stays here has everything they need, even down to a kettle! I really appreciated that. Julie was extremely accommodating and understanding when it came to my flight schedule. I would def book here again! Thanks again! "

"This was a fantastic stay. Beautiful location and perfect for our purposes. We ended up getting there early and she was able to get us in about 45 min earlier than she originally planned. The place was nicely cleaned and the check-in and out process was very easy. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. "Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens).
